Wilwood Black AERO6-DS Front Brake Kit for Toyota Land Cruiser J200 and Lexus LX570 (2016–2018), 14.25-Inch GT Rotors

Six-piston AERO6-DS calipers with dust-wiper seals identify this front truck and SUV brake conversion. The black-caliper package combines 14.25-inch Spec-37 GT rotor rings, aluminum hats, BP-20 pads and braided flexlines for the specified Toyota Land Cruiser J200 and Lexus LX570. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977. Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, specialized vehicles and street-performance applications. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines must be selected in relation to the other components in the finished brake system.

• Rotor material and surface: Spec-37 Iron; vented; GT Slotted; surface finish Black Electro Coat.
• Flexline reference: Front Line Kit: 220-15888.
• Rotor mounting hats: Aluminum; Black E-Coat; hat offset 1.240 inches. This is a hat dimension, not the axle offset.
• Mechanical contents: Separate wheel hubs are not included; mounting hardware supplied; spindles not included.
• Rotor dimensions: 14.25 in; 361.95 mm outside diameter; 1.25 in; 31.75 mm thick.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 x 5.91 in; 5 x 150.11 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.640 in; 16.26 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Supplied service pads: BP-20 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Hydraulic installation: Braided flexlines are included; master cylinder not included; brake booster not included.
• Hydraulic service calipers: AERO6-DS; 6 pistons per caliper; Forged Aluminium body; radial mounting; Stainless pistons.
• Caliper finish and port: Black Powder Coat; hydraulic inlet 1/8-27 NPT.

Fitment & Compatibility

Fitment is documented for 2016–2018 Toyota Land Cruiser J200 and Lexus LX570 factory disc spindles. DS1378 calls for grinding the upright locally for bracket clearance. Match the selected kit’s five-lug 5 x 5.91-inch hat, hub register and wheel outline. An 18-inch rim diameter alone does not establish clearance.
