Wilwood Rear AERO4 Brake Kit for Ram 1500 (2013–2018), Black Calipers, 15-Inch GT Rotors and Braided Flexlines

Black four-piston AERO4 calipers and 15-inch one-piece iron rotors form this Ram 1500 rear conversion. It is designed to work with the existing parking-brake assembly and includes stainless braided flexlines; the original axle hard lines still require preparation during installation. Camarillo, California is home to Wilwood Engineering, the company Bill Wood founded in 1977. Wilwood designs and manufactures disc braking systems and components for street-performance, motorsport and specialized applications. Its calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are selected to work within the complete installation.

• Flexline reference: Rear Line Kit: 220-16025.
• Hydraulic service calipers: AERO4; 4 pistons per caliper; Forged Aluminium body; radial mounting; Stainless pistons.
• Rotor dimensions: 15.00 in; 381 mm outside diameter; 1.25 in; 31.75 mm thick.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 19 in; 482.6 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Mechanical contents: Separate wheel hubs are not included; mounting hardware supplied; spindles not included.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 X 5.5 in; 5 X 139.7 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.65 in; 16.51 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Rotor material and surface: Iron; vented; GT Slotted; surface finish Black Electro Coat.
• Caliper finish and port: Black Powder Coat; hydraulic inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Supplied service pads: BP-20 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.
• Hydraulic installation: Braided flexlines are included; master cylinder not included; brake booster not included.

Fitment & Compatibility

The detailed applications include selected 2013–2018 Ram 1500 RWD and 4WD trims. Check the individual trim and year rather than extending that range to every 1500. DS1377 requires cutting and re-flaring the factory hard lines to connect the supplied flexlines. Retain and inspect the OE parking-brake mechanism; validate the full 19-inch wheel envelope.
