Wilwood Front Superlite 6R Six-Lug Brake Kit, Black Calipers and 12.19-Inch GT Rotor/Hubs for GM Truck/SUV Iron ProSpindles (Listed 1963–1987 Applications)

A 6 × 5.50-inch hub pattern distinguishes this black Superlite front package from the five-lug version. Its 12.19-inch GT rotors and six-piston service calipers are matched to Wilwood one-piece iron Pro Drop spindles on the documented GM truck/SUV applications. BP-10 pads and hub hardware are supplied. Inspect wheel pattern and year-dependent wheel-position change before selecting the rest of the conversion. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977; the company is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. This kit is one configuration within that disc-brake-system range and must be matched to the vehicle build.

• Rotor specification: 12.19-inch outside diameter × 1.10-inch thickness; GT slotted faces. Iron construction; Ultralite HPS 32 design; published vane configuration: 32 V.
• Service caliper: Forged Narrow Superlite 6R; 6 pistons; stainless piston material. Radial mounting, black powder coat finish.
• Published piston bores: 1.75, 1.25, 1.25 inches. Supplied pad compound: BP-10.
• Caliper hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Brake hoses are not included. Manufacturer line-kit reference(s), sold separately: 220-7056, 220-11237, 220-12168.
• Mounting hardware and the specified pads are included. Spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not supplied.

Fitment & Compatibility

These application rows require Wilwood C10 one-piece iron Pro Drop spindles; the kit will not fit original equipment spindles. The listed GM trucks and SUVs span specific 1963–1987 model ranges, so check the exact row and installed spindle. Relative to the original brakes and spindle, Wilwood specifies wheel movement of 0.41 inch outboard for 1963–1970 and 0.06 inch inboard for 1971–1987. Match the six-lug 6 × 5.50-inch wheel interface and allow for the resulting wheel position when checking fender, suspension and brake clearance. Spindles and flexible lines are not included.
