Wilwood Red-Caliper Raptor Front Brake Package, TX6R with 15.50-Inch GT Rotors for Ford F-150 (2017–2020)

Red TX6R calipers and 15.50-inch vented GT rotors form this second-generation F-150 Raptor front conversion. BP-22 pads and braided 20-inch flexlines are included for the listed 2017–2020 application. Rotor-to-steering clearance depends on appropriate spherical tie-rod ends, and the wheel must pass the kit's 20-inch clearance drawing. Check the application generation as carefully as the caliper finish. Wilwood Engineering was established in 1977 by Bill Wood in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc-brake systems and components, from calipers and rotors to master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, for motorsport, street-performance and specialized installations. Each component must match the rest of the brake system.

• Included braided flexline kit: 220-15838 (20.00 in). Confirm the chassis fitting and routing for the actual installation.
• Service caliper: TX6R; 6 pistons; stainless piston material. Radial mounting, red powder coat finish.
• Published piston bores: 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches. Supplied pad compound: BP-22.
• Caliper hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Rotor specification: 15.50-inch outside diameter × 1.38-inch thickness; GT slotted faces. Spec-37 Iron construction; GT 60 Curved Vane design; published vane configuration: 60 CV.
• Rotor hats: aluminum, black e-coat finish; Truck Hat - Standard. Hat offset: 0.700 inch.
• No replacement wheel hubs are supplied; retain or provide the documented matching hub arrangement.
• Wheel mounting pattern: 6 X 5.32 inches.
• Mounting hardware and the specified pads are included. Spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not supplied.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 20 inches. The wheel must also clear the actual caliper and rotor profile in the installation drawing.

Fitment & Compatibility

The listed application is 2017–2020 F-150 Raptor. The installation requires aftermarket spherical tie-rod ends for rotor clearance; the manufacturer identifies ADD Offroad AC011507NANA as an example. Confirm six-lug wheel fitment. Review the 20-inch wheel-clearance drawing and secure the supplied flexlines through full lock and suspension travel. The complete truck brake system must retain appropriate front/rear balance.
