Wilwood Black TX6R Six-Piston Front Conversion with 15.50-Inch GT Rotors and Hoses for Ford F-150 SVT Raptor (2010–2014)

Black TX6R six-piston calipers, 15.50-inch GT rotors and BP-22 pads make this the listed 2010–2014 F-150 SVT Raptor front package. Dedicated braided flexlines are included. Rotor clearance requires suitable aftermarket spherical tie-rod ends, and the kit is for six-lug wheels rather than seven-lug trucks. Check those installation requirements together with the 20-inch wheel template before ordering. Wilwood Engineering, founded by Bill Wood in 1977, designs and manufactures disc brake systems from its Camarillo, California base. Motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications use its calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Correct component selection depends on the requirements of the entire braking system.

• Rotor specification: 15.50-inch outside diameter × 1.38-inch thickness; GT slotted faces. Spec-37 Iron construction; GT 60 Curved Vane design; published vane configuration: 60 CV.
• Service caliper: TX6R; 6 pistons; stainless piston material. Radial mounting, black powder coat finish.
• Rotor hats: aluminum, black e-coat finish; Truck Hat - Standard. Hat offset: 0.700 inch.
• No replacement wheel hubs are supplied; retain or provide the documented matching hub arrangement.
• Wheel mounting pattern: 6 X 5.32 inches.
• Published piston bores: 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches. Supplied pad compound: BP-22.
• Caliper hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Included braided flexline kit: 220-15837 (20.00 in). Confirm the chassis fitting and routing for the actual installation.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 20 inches. The wheel must also clear the actual caliper and rotor profile in the installation drawing.
• Mounting hardware and the specified pads are included. Spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not supplied.

Fitment & Compatibility

The listed application is 2010–2014 F-150 SVT Raptor. The installation requires aftermarket spherical tie-rod ends for rotor clearance; the manufacturer identifies ADD Offroad AC011507NANA as an example. Confirm six-lug wheel fitment; seven-lug vehicles are excluded. Review the 20-inch wheel-clearance drawing and secure the supplied flexlines through full lock and suspension travel. The complete truck brake system must retain appropriate front/rear balance.
