Fitment & Compatibility
The documented rear installation is the 1997–2018 Nissan Patrol Y61 configuration in DS-1326. Four-piston dust-sealed AERO4 calipers use BP-20 pads and 14.25 × 1.10-inch one-piece iron rotors with integral parking hats. Retain the original parking-brake mechanism. Rear hose kit 220-15680 is included; minor adjustment to the original hard line may be necessary for a safe connection. Check the six-on-5.50-inch interface, caliper alignment and original parking equipment. Use the wheel drawing with the nominal 18-inch minimum guidance rather than assuming every wheel of that diameter clears. The current vehicle listing specifies Japan, Near East and Africa-market Patrol Y61 applications; verify the actual regional hub and brake configuration.
