Fitment & Compatibility
For the specified 1997–2018 Nissan Patrol Y61 front installation in DS-1308, retaining the original hubs. AERO6 dust-sealed six-piston calipers use BP-20 pads and 14.25 × 1.25-inch Spec37 GT rotors. The approximately 6 × 5.394-inch circle is the hat-to-original-hub mounting pattern; it is not the wheel lug pattern. The associated 0.490-inch clearance holes likewise are not a wheel-stud thread specification. Follow the M12 × 1.75 hub-to-hat fastener arrangement and assembly sequence in the sheet. Front braided hose kit 220-15535 is included. Check hub condition, hose routing and the clearance template; the nominal minimum wheel guidance is 18 inches. The current vehicle listing specifies Japan, Near East and Africa-market Patrol Y61 applications; verify the actual regional hub and brake configuration.
