For the Superformance GT40 rear interface, red AERO6 calipers pair with slotted Spec37 rotors and separate hats. Flexlines are purchased separately. Wilwood Engineering designs and builds disc brake systems in Camarillo, California. Bill Wood established the company in 1977; it supplies brake rotors, calipers, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines for specialized applications, street performance and motorsport. The complete brake system determines which individual components are appropriate.

Fitment & Compatibility
This rear kit is specific to the documented Superformance GT40 installation, not general original or replica GT40 compatibility. Six-piston AERO6/Aerolite 6R calipers provide hydraulic service braking. The 14.00 × 1.25-inch Spec37 GT rotor rings attach to separate aluminum hats with the specified six-on-4.25-inch mounting interface. Retain the existing parking mechanism. No hydraulic hoses are included; select appropriate lines, end fittings and length for the actual car. Check the hat/hub interface, caliper alignment and wheel drawing.
