Wilwood Black Dynalite Front Brake Kit with 12.19-Inch Plain Rotors for 1965–1972 Mopar A-Body Disc Spindles

Black four-piston calipers, 12.19-inch rotors and hubs form this early A-body front kit. Verify original disc-spindle and lug-pattern conditions. Wilwood Engineering has designed and manufactured disc brake systems since Bill Wood founded it in 1977. Its Camarillo, California operation supplies calipers, master cylinders, brake rotors, valves, fittings and lines for specialized, street-performance and motorsport applications. Each component must be chosen to match the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

These 12.19 × 0.81-inch front brakes require the documented early Mopar A-body factory disc spindle. The selected years differ by model: Barracuda coverage ends in 1969, while Duster and Scamp start later than Dart/Valiant. DS-1300 states the original five-on-4.50-inch lug-pattern condition; inspect the actual spindle/hub arrangement before ordering. Aluminum hubs, bearings, seals and 1/2-20 studs are included and provide dual 5 × 4.50/4.75-inch wheel patterns. Hoses are separate; select the documented line option for the actual fittings and routing. Any separately installed two-bolt master cylinder may need the required four-bolt mounting adapter, which Wilwood does not supply. Check the wheel drawing even where a 15-inch wheel is nominally allowed.
