Wilwood GT-Slotted 14-Inch Front Conversion for Early Ford/Mercury with Red Dust-Sealed Superlite Calipers

Slotted GT rotors, BP-10 pads and red six-piston calipers form this early Ford/Mercury front conversion. Wheel offset increases by the specified 0.25 inch. Bill Wood established Wilwood Engineering in 1977. Fitment & Compatibility

Red six-piston Superlite 6R calipers with dust seals operate the 14.00 × 1.10-inch GT-slotted front rotors. The required early Ford/Mercury V8 spindle is defined by the individual vehicle rows: 1965–1967 Mustang entries include their specified disc/drum options, but 1968–1969 Mustang entries require drum spindles. The early Falcon, Ranchero, Comet and Cyclone V8 conditions also remain essential. Supplied aluminum hubs, bearings, seals and 1/2-20 studs provide five-on-4.50 and five-on-4.75-inch wheel patterns, moving the wheel mounting face outward by 0.25 inch. That change is separate from rotor-hat offset. Plan for separate flexlines; the exact DS-1295 installation sheet and current kit-associated list identify 220-12168, subject to correct routing and fitting verification. Earlier generic line numbers are not interchangeable by assumption. Identify the installed spindle and check the actual wheel with the clearance diagram; nominal minimum diameter guidance is 18 inches.
