For Detroit Speed rear suspension on selected 1963–1979 Corvettes, this 14-inch kit combines four-piston service and separate parking calipers. Wilwood Engineering, founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, is based in Camarillo, California. Fitment & Compatibility
For 1963–1979 Chevrolet Corvette applications fitted with the specified Detroit Speed rear suspension; this is not an assertion of compatibility with an original Corvette rear assembly. Four-piston Superlite 4R service calipers have stainless-steel pistons, radial mounts and forged-aluminum bodies. Separate floating MC4 calipers operate the mechanical parking brake. The 14.00 × 0.81-inch rotor rings bolt to separate aluminum hats. Flexlines, parking cables, clevises and vehicle-specific cable adapters must be supplied separately; the universal parking cable is an optional starting point, not a guaranteed direct fit. Check the Detroit Speed interface and wheel drawing before ordering.
