Wilwood Front Dynalite-M Disc Brake Kit for MG TD (1950–1953) and TF (1954–1955), Black Calipers, Plain 10.75-Inch Rotors and Five-Lug Hubs

This MG front conversion combines black Dynalite-M calipers with plain 10.75-inch rotors, aluminum hubs and rotor adapter plates. It retains the matched TD/TF drum spindles while changing the wheel interface to the specified five-lug pattern, with front hoses included. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977. Based in Camarillo, California, the company designs and manufactures disc braking systems and components for street-performance, motorsport and specialized use. Its calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are chosen around the hydraulic, mounting and balance needs of a complete system.

Fitment & Compatibility

The listed application is MG TD 1950–1953 and TF 1954–1955. Original knock-off wheels do not fit. DS1118 requires removal of the internal residual valve when retaining the OE single-circuit master cylinder, with the correct external residual valves assessed for the low-mounted master. Account for +0.38 inch of outward hub offset per side.

DS1118 requires the supplied 0.50-inch wheel spacers to be installed. Their use is mandatory; verify wheel position and clearance with those spacers fitted.
