Wilwood GT-Slotted Rear Parking-Brake Conversion, Red Four-Piston Calipers, Mopar/Dana 2.36-Inch Offset and Required Snap-Ring Bearings

The red GT-rotor version supplies Superlite service calipers, 14-inch two-piece rotors and internal parking shoes. Its housing-end mounting depends on the required snap-ring bearing, with the aluminum hat and axle offset setting the rotor position. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Wilwood Engineering is now based in Camarillo, California, where its work centers on disc brake systems and components. Fitment & Compatibility

Verify the actual axle end even if the rear housing is called Mopar 8-3/4 or Dana 60. DS1256 excludes the RP400 pressed-on-retainer bearing and identifies the approved snap-ring alternatives. Check shock location, the wheel drawing and separate hose/cable connections before installation.

Only snap-ring Green bearings of the specified MO400/A1022/9400M type are suitable. The RP400 pressed-on five-hole retainer type is incompatible. DS1256 warns that shock clearance may require modification or relocation.
