Wilwood Ford F-100 1957–1967 Front GT Package with Red AERO6 Calipers, 14-Inch Rotors and 5x4.50/4.75 Hubs

This Wilwood AERO6 kit is a front 14-inch AERO6 hub upgrade for 1957–1967 F-100 Trucks with Factory Drum Spindles. AERO6 calipers use 14 x 1.25-inch rotors on separate aluminum hubs and hats for the verified early F-100 spindle. Wilwood Engineering designs complete disc brake systems as well as calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Established by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, it serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications; individual parts require a matched system.

• Manufacturer part number: 140-14839-R.
• Wheel mounting pattern(s): 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 4.75 in; 5 x 120.65 mm; wheel-stud thread: 1/2-20.
• Separate aluminum wheel hubs are included with the listed lug patterns and stud threads.
• Rotor outside diameter: 14.00 in; 355.6 mm; thickness: 1.25 in; 31.75 mm. Construction is vented Spec-37 Iron, with gt slotted faces.
• Separate rotor hats: aluminum, finished in Black E-Coat.
• Caliper specification: AERO6; 6 stainless pistons per caliper, forged aluminum body and radial mounting. Finish: Red Powder Coat.
• Published piston bores: 1.62, 1.12, 1.12 inches. Supplied pad compound: BP-20.
• Caliper hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm. The actual inner profile must pass the kit clearance drawing.
• Hydraulic hoses are not included. Confirm the separate line kit, fitting sizes, length and routing. Separate reference: 220-11237.
• Mounting hardware is included; spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not supplied.
• Quantity: one brake kit for the stated axle/application.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the original drum-spindle arrangement and exact listed year/drive rows; 1959–1967 specifies 4 x 2. DS-1265 covers the hub bearings and radial brackets. Wheels must match 5 x 4.50 or 5 x 4.75-inch hubs and pass the clearance drawing; 5 x 5.50-inch wheels are not supported by these hubs. Models covered: F-100.
