Wilwood 14-Inch Drilled Front Brake Conversion for Nissan 370Z, Infiniti G35 and G37, Red AERO6 Calipers

This Wilwood AERO6 kit is a front 14-inch disc upgrade for Nissan 370Z and Infiniti G35/G37. This generation-specific kit combines six-piston calipers, two-piece 14-inch rotors and supplied braided hoses. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering develops disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines must be selected as parts of a complete, matched braking system.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-14819-DR.
• Match 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm at the wheel mounting pattern(s) interface, with 0.520 in; 13.21 mm as the nominal hat stud-hole clearance diameter.
• The package excludes wheel hubs. Check the retained hubs against the specified mounting interface.
• Spec-37 Iron forms the vented rotors. Each disc has a srp drilled & slotted face, an outside diameter of 14.00 in; 355.6 mm and thickness of 1.25 in; 31.75 mm.
• Black E-Coat treatment covers the separate aluminum rotor hats.
• Red Powder Coat AERO6 calipers are supplied. Their forged aluminum bodies use the radial mounting arrangement with 6 stainless pistons in each caliper.
• Piston sizes listed by Wilwood are 1.62, 1.12, 1.12 inches, with BP-10 friction material in this kit.
• Hydraulic fitting interface on each caliper: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Published wheel minimum is 18 in; 457.2 mm, subject to the required inside-profile check. Rotor diameter is a separate measurement.
• The kit includes 220-11590 braided hydraulic lines, listed at 24.00 in. Verify the chassis connection on the actual application.
• Application-specific mounting hardware is supplied. Provide or retain the correct spindle, master cylinder and brake booster separately.
• Package quantity is one application-specific brake kit.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match 2009–2013 370Z with/without Sport Package, 2007 G35 four-door/2008 G35 front-caliper type, and each listed 2008–2013 G37 body/brake package. A model name alone does not resolve these distinctions. DS-1258 requires dust-shield cutting. Models covered: G35, G37 and 370Z.
