Wilwood Nissan 370Z and Infiniti G35/G37 Front Brake Upgrade, Black AERO6 Calipers with 14-Inch Slotted Rotors

This Wilwood AERO6 kit is a front 14-inch disc upgrade for Nissan 370Z and Infiniti G35/G37. This generation-specific kit combines six-piston calipers, two-piece 14-inch rotors and supplied braided hoses. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Camarillo, California-based Wilwood Engineering manufactures disc brake systems and components. Its motorsport, street-performance and specialized range spans calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, with compatibility assessed across the complete braking system.

• Manufacturer part number: 140-14819.
• Wheel mounting pattern(s): 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm; nominal hat stud-hole clearance diameter: 0.520 in; 13.21 mm.
• No wheel hubs are supplied; use the documented existing hub arrangement.
• Rotor outside diameter: 14.00 in; 355.6 mm; thickness: 1.25 in; 31.75 mm. Construction is vented Spec-37 Iron, with gt slotted faces.
• Separate rotor hats: aluminum, finished in Black E-Coat.
• Caliper specification: AERO6; 6 stainless pistons per caliper, forged aluminum body and radial mounting. Finish: Black Powder Coat.
• Published piston bores: 1.62, 1.12, 1.12 inches. Supplied pad compound: BP-20.
• Caliper hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm. The actual inner profile must pass the kit clearance drawing.
• Included braided flexlines: kit 220-11590, with 24.00 in hose length. Confirm fitting compatibility and routing.
• Mounting hardware is included; spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not supplied.
• Quantity: one brake kit for the stated axle/application.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match 2009–2013 370Z with/without Sport Package, 2007 G35 four-door/2008 G35 front-caliper type, and each listed 2008–2013 G37 body/brake package. A model name alone does not resolve these distinctions. DS-1258 requires dust-shield cutting. Models covered: G35, G37 and 370Z.
