Wilwood Nissan 350Z/Infiniti G35 Front GT Brake Upgrade, Red Calipers and 14-Inch Two-Piece Discs

This Wilwood AERO6 kit is a front disc upgrade for Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35 Listed RWD Applications. The 14-inch rotor package uses six-piston AERO6 calipers, aluminum hats and braided front hoses. Wilwood Engineering, founded by Bill Wood in 1977, is based in Camarillo, California. The manufacturer supplies disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, including calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines that must work together as a complete system.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-14815-R.
• Match the AERO6 caliper architecture when selecting related components: radial attachment, 6 stainless pistons, forged aluminum body and Red Powder Coat finish.
• Use a compatible hose adapter for the caliper's 1/8-27 NPT inlet.
• Pad selection is BP-20; piston-bore measurements are 1.62, 1.12, 1.12 inches. Confirm those values for any system changes.
• For rotor replacement, match all four specifications: 14.00 in; 355.6 mm outside diameter, 1.25 in; 31.75 mm thickness, Spec-37 Iron and the gt slotted surface. Rotor construction: vented.
• For the rotor-to-hub interface, the kit supplies separate aluminum hats finished in Black E-Coat.
• Attachment dimensions to confirm are 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm for the wheel mounting pattern(s) and 0.520 in; 13.21 mm for the nominal hat stud-hole clearance diameter.
• The kit does not supply replacement hubs; confirm the dimensions of those already installed.
• Included installation parts cover the kit mounting hardware, with spindles, brake booster and master cylinder excluded.
• The braided flexline package is 220-9196, supplied in a listed 23.00 in length. Inspect end connections and routing before use.
• Before ordering wheels, check the full inside profile against the drawing and the published 18 in; 457.2 mm minimum diameter.
• One brake kit is supplied for the specified application and axle position.

Fitment & Compatibility

The table distinguishes 2003–2009 350Z OE single-/four-piston front brakes and G35 configurations: 2003 standard/Brembo, 2004 RWD standard/Brembo, 2005–2006 RWD and 2007 two-door. Follow the exact row; DS-1255 requires dust-shield cutting. Models covered: G35 and 350Z.
