Wilwood Black AERO6 Front Brakes for Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35, 14-Inch GT Rotors and Included Flexlines

This Wilwood AERO6 kit is a front disc upgrade for Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35 Listed RWD Applications. The 14-inch rotor package uses six-piston AERO6 calipers, aluminum hats and braided front hoses. Wilwood Engineering began in 1977 with founder Bill Wood and is based in Camarillo, California. It designs disc brake systems and components for racing, performance-road and specialized use, from calipers and rotors to master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines; the complete system determines component selection.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-14815.
• Friction surface and size: gt slotted; 14.00 in; 355.6 mm diameter x 1.25 in; 31.75 mm thickness. The rotor material is Spec-37 Iron in a vented design.
• The calipers are AERO6 units with a Black Powder Coat exterior. A forged aluminum body locates 6 stainless pistons; attachment is radial mount.
• The matched pads use BP-20. Manufacturer bore figures for the caliper are 1.62, 1.12, 1.12 inches.
• The caliper accepts the listed 1/8-27 NPT hydraulic connection.
• 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm is the listed wheel mounting pattern(s) dimension. Nominal hat stud-hole clearance diameter: 0.520 in; 13.21 mm.
• This is a two-piece disc arrangement using aluminum hats in Black E-Coat.
• Existing verified wheel hubs remain in service; replacement hubs are not supplied.
• Wheel minimum: 18 in; 457.2 mm. Confirm the complete wheel shape and mounting hardware clear the brake drawing.
• No spindle, booster or master cylinder is included; the kit does contain mounting hardware for the stated installation.
• Flexible lines are provided as kit 220-9196; length is 23.00 in. Route them clear of suspension, wheels and rotors.
• This listing supplies one kit for the documented brake configuration.
