Wilwood Audi A4, S4, RS4 and S5 Rear SRP Conversion, Black Combination Parking Calipers and 12.19-Inch Rotors

This Wilwood CPB kit is a rear hydro-mechanical disc/parking-brake upgrade for Audi A4, S4, RS4 and S5 Rear Brakes. Combination calipers use hydraulic pressure for service braking and a separate internal mechanical lock for parking action. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering develops disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines must be selected as parts of a complete, matched braking system.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-14591-D.
• At each caliper, the CPB configuration provides one piston in steel, housed in aluminum/steel. The caliper attaches by radial mounting and is finished in Black Powder Coat.
• Inlet-port specification for hose/fitting selection is M 10 x 1.00.
• For hydraulic matching, use the published 1.62-inch piston bores. Pads are the BP-10 compound.
• This version supplies srp drilled & slotted rotors in Iron. Their 12.19 in; 309.63 mm diameter and 0.81 in; 20.57 mm section are matched to the listed vented brake package.
• Rotor hats are individual aluminum components with Black E-Coat protection.
• The mounting interface uses 5 x 4.41 in; 5 x 112.01 mm; verify the nominal hat stud-hole clearance diameter of 0.590 in; 14.99 mm separately from the bolt circle.
• Hub compatibility is required for installation. No new wheel hubs are included.
• The listed brackets and fasteners belong to the kit. Spindles and the master-cylinder/booster assembly are outside the package.
• For the hydraulic connection, supplied braided set 220-14597 has a 12.00 in published hose length. Match the end fittings to the vehicle.
• Wheel clearance must be measured using the installation template; the manufacturer lists 17 in; 431.8 mm as the nominal minimum.
• Order quantity refers to one brake conversion kit, not an individual loose rotor or caliper.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the exact Audi application rows, including 2002 A4/S4 eighth-digit VIN E and the listed RS4 body styles/2008 S5. Reuse and reroute the OE parking cables to the new caliper levers, then adjust them as DS-1235 directs. Open the hose chassis-bracket hole to 0.625 inch; do not assume later electronic-parking applications fit. Models covered: A4, S4, RS4 and S5.
