This Wilwood CPB kit is a rear hydro-mechanical disc/parking-brake upgrade for Audi A4, S4, RS4 and S5 Rear Brakes. Combination calipers use hydraulic pressure for service braking and a separate internal mechanical lock for parking action. Wilwood Engineering designs complete disc brake systems as well as calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Established by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, it serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications; individual parts require a matched system.

• Manufacturer part number: 140-14591.
• Friction surface and size: gt slotted; 12.19 in; 309.63 mm diameter x 0.81 in; 20.57 mm thickness. The rotor material is Spec-37 Iron in a vented design.
• The calipers are CPB units with a Black Powder Coat exterior. An aluminum/steel body locates one steel piston; attachment is radial mount.
• The matched pads use BP-10. Manufacturer bore figures for the caliper are 1.62 inches.
• The caliper accepts the listed M 10 x 1.00 hydraulic connection.
• 5 x 4.41 in; 5 x 112.01 mm is the listed wheel mounting pattern(s) dimension. Nominal hat stud-hole clearance diameter: 0.590 in; 14.99 mm.
• This is a two-piece disc arrangement using aluminum hats in Black E-Coat.
• Existing verified wheel hubs remain in service; replacement hubs are not supplied.
• Wheel minimum: 17 in; 431.8 mm. Confirm the complete wheel shape and mounting hardware clear the brake drawing.
• No spindle, booster or master cylinder is included; the kit does contain mounting hardware for the stated installation.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the exact Audi application rows, including 2002 A4/S4 eighth-digit VIN E and the listed RS4 body styles/2008 S5. Reuse and reroute the OE parking cables to the new caliper levers, then adjust them as DS-1235 directs. Open the hose chassis-bracket hole to 0.625 inch; do not assume later electronic-parking applications fit. Models covered: A4, S4, RS4 and S5.
