Wilwood Red AERO6 15-Inch GT Front Conversion for Listed Audi A4, A5, S4 and S5

This Wilwood AERO6 kit is a front 15-inch disc upgrade for Audi A4/A5/S4/S5 Listed B8 Applications. The 15-inch two-piece rotors are used with six-piston AERO6 calipers and the listed factory hub/spindle interface. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Camarillo, California-based Wilwood Engineering manufactures disc brake systems and components. Its motorsport, street-performance and specialized range spans calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, with compatibility assessed across the complete braking system.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-14588-R.
• Spec-37 Iron forms the vented rotors. Each disc has a gt slotted face, an outside diameter of 15.00 in; 381 mm and thickness of 1.25 in; 31.75 mm.
• Red Powder Coat AERO6 calipers are supplied. Their forged aluminum bodies use the radial mounting arrangement with 6 stainless pistons in each caliper.
• Piston sizes listed by Wilwood are 1.62, 1.12, 1.12 inches, with BP-10 friction material in this kit.
• Hydraulic fitting interface on each caliper: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Match 5 x 4.41 in; 5 x 112.01 mm at the wheel mounting pattern(s) interface, with 0.590 in; 14.99 mm as the nominal hat stud-hole clearance diameter.
• Black E-Coat treatment covers the separate aluminum rotor hats.
• The package excludes wheel hubs. Check the retained hubs against the specified mounting interface.
• Published wheel minimum is 19 in; 482.6 mm, subject to the required inside-profile check. Rotor diameter is a separate measurement.
• Application-specific mounting hardware is supplied. Provide or retain the correct spindle, master cylinder and brake booster separately.
• The kit includes 220-14598 braided hydraulic lines, listed at 20.00 in. Verify the chassis connection on the actual application.
• Package quantity is one application-specific brake kit.

Fitment & Compatibility

Use the listed 2009 A4 Sedan/Wagon, 2010–2012 A4/S4, 2009–2012 S5 and 2010–2012 A5 Cabriolet entries. DS-1234 requires chassis-line bracket flattening and a 0.625-inch opening, plus upright grommet-bracket adjustment. A 19-inch nominal wheel still needs the exact template check. Models covered: A4, S5, A5 and S4. Use the complete application table at the bottom for the precise year, submodel, brake option and note attached to each row.
