Wilwood Audi A4/A5/S4/S5 Front Brake Kit, Red AERO6 Calipers and 15-Inch SRP Discs

This Wilwood AERO6 kit is a front 15-inch disc upgrade for Audi A4/A5/S4/S5 Listed B8 Applications. The 15-inch two-piece rotors are used with six-piston AERO6 calipers and the listed factory hub/spindle interface. The kit belongs to Wilwood Engineering's range of disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977; it is based in Camarillo, California, and produces calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for complete brake-system planning.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-14588-DR.
• The friction discs measure 15.00 in; 381 mm across and 1.25 in; 31.75 mm thick; srp drilled & slotted surfaces are used on vented Spec-37 Iron rotors.
• Each caliper carries 6 pistons made from stainless. The AERO6 design uses forged aluminum, radial mounting and a Red Powder Coat finish.
• BP-10 pads are supplied; the listed bore dimensions are 1.62, 1.12, 1.12 inches.
• Connect the brake line to the specified 1/8-27 NPT inlet.
• Wheel mounting pattern(s) measure 5 x 4.41 in; 5 x 112.01 mm. The associated nominal hat stud-hole clearance diameter is 0.590 in; 14.99 mm.
• The rotor rings attach to separate aluminum hats with a Black E-Coat finish.
• Retain the compatible existing wheel hubs, which are not included in this kit.
• Start wheel selection at 19 in; 482.6 mm; the barrel and spokes still need checking against the caliper-clearance template.
• This package includes its mounting fasteners. It excludes the spindles, master cylinder and booster.
• Braided hose kit 220-14598 is supplied; the published line length is 20.00 in. Check chassis fittings and full-travel routing.
• Sold as a complete kit for the specified front installation.

Fitment & Compatibility

Use the listed 2009 A4 Sedan/Wagon, 2010–2012 A4/S4, 2009–2012 S5 and 2010–2012 A5 Cabriolet entries. DS-1234 requires chassis-line bracket flattening and a 0.625-inch opening, plus upright grommet-bracket adjustment. A 19-inch nominal wheel still needs the exact template check.
