Wilwood Black Six-Piston Audi Front Disc Package with 15-Inch Drilled/Slotted Rotors for A4, A5, S4 and S5

This Wilwood AERO6 kit is a front 15-inch disc upgrade for Audi A4/A5/S4/S5 Listed B8 Applications. The 15-inch two-piece rotors are used with six-piston AERO6 calipers and the listed factory hub/spindle interface. Wilwood Engineering, founded by Bill Wood in 1977, is based in Camarillo, California. The manufacturer supplies disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, including calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines that must work together as a complete system.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-14588-D.
• Rotor outside diameter: 15.00 in; 381 mm; thickness: 1.25 in; 31.75 mm. Construction is vented Spec-37 Iron, with srp drilled & slotted faces.
• Caliper specification: AERO6; 6 stainless pistons per caliper, forged aluminum body and radial mounting. Finish: Black Powder Coat.
• Published piston bores: 1.62, 1.12, 1.12 inches. Supplied pad compound: BP-10.
• Caliper hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Wheel mounting pattern(s): 5 x 4.41 in; 5 x 112.01 mm; nominal hat stud-hole clearance diameter: 0.590 in; 14.99 mm.
• Separate rotor hats: aluminum, finished in Black E-Coat.
• No wheel hubs are supplied; use the documented existing hub arrangement.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 19 in; 482.6 mm. The actual inner profile must pass the kit clearance drawing.
• Mounting hardware is included; spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not supplied.
• Included braided flexlines: kit 220-14598, with 20.00 in hose length. Confirm fitting compatibility and routing.
• Quantity: one brake kit for the stated axle/application.

Fitment & Compatibility

Use the listed 2009 A4 Sedan/Wagon, 2010–2012 A4/S4, 2009–2012 S5 and 2010–2012 A5 Cabriolet entries. DS-1234 requires chassis-line bracket flattening and a 0.625-inch opening, plus upright grommet-bracket adjustment. A 19-inch nominal wheel still needs the exact template check.
