Wilwood TX6R Black Rear Disc Upgrade for F-250/F-350 4WD SRW, 15.50-Inch GTB Rotors and OE Parking Brakes

This Wilwood TX6R kit is a rear heavy-duty disc upgrade retaining OE parking brakes for Ford Super Duty F-250/F-350 4WD with Single Rear Wheels. The rear package uses 15.50-inch GTB iron rotor/hat castings and six-piston TX6R calipers, with braided hoses included. From its Camarillo, California base, Wilwood Engineering designs disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized needs. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, its range covers calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines chosen to work within a complete brake system.

• Rotor outside diameter: 15.50 in; 393.7 mm; thickness: 1.38 in; 35.05 mm. Construction is vented Iron, with gt slotted faces.
• Caliper specification: TX6R; 6 stainless pistons per caliper, forged aluminum body and radial mounting. Finish: Black Powder Coat.
• Published piston bores: 1.62, 1.38, 1.38 inches. Supplied pad compound: BP-22.
• Caliper hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Wheel mounting pattern(s): 8 x 6.69 in; 8 x 169.93 mm; listed stud diameter: 0.64 in; 16.26 mm.
• The iron rotor and parking-brake hat are a single casting. No separate aluminum hat or wheel hub is supplied; retain the verified OE hub and parking hardware.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 20 in; 508 mm. The actual inner profile must pass the kit clearance drawing.
• Mounting hardware is included; spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not supplied.
• Included braided flexlines: kit 220-14166, with 14.00 in hose length. Confirm fitting compatibility and routing.
• Quantity: one brake kit for the stated axle/application.

Fitment & Compatibility

Use the exact listed 2013–2022 F-250/F-350 four-wheel-drive single-rear-wheel applications. The integral rotor parking drum works with the existing OE parking-brake mechanism. DS-1239 requires rear backing-plate/dust-shield cutting for the new bracket; retain and adjust the existing parking hardware. Models covered: F-250 Super Duty and F-350 Super Duty.
