Wilwood Rear Plain-Rotor Kit for GM 12-Bolt C-Clip-Eliminator and Staggered Shocks, Red Dynalite/MC4 — Selected 1964–1974 Applications

The red plain-rotor configuration serves a staggered-shock GM 12-bolt axle fitted with suitable C-clip eliminators. Dynalite service calipers and separate MC4 parking units must be mounted according to the rear-housing geometry in the installation guide. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977, and the manufacturer is based in Camarillo, California. Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems alongside calipers, master cylinders, rotors, fittings, brake lines and valves. Fitment & Compatibility

DS-1185 specifies the staggered-shock GM 12-bolt C-clip-eliminator rear arrangement, not a front-spindle conversion. Match the modified housing ends, customer-supplied eliminator bearings, 2.91-inch axle offset and 3.06-inch center registration. Vehicle rows referencing Ridetech spindles do not confirm that rear geometry. Hoses, parking cables and their adapters are separate, and the 15-inch wheel guidance requires a template check.
