Product details

The red plain-face kit converts the matched Big Ford Bronco axle to four-piston service brakes with internal mechanical parking shoes. Its iron drum/rotors and caliper mounting package use the 2.00-inch offset rather than the New Style Bronco dimension. Bill Wood established Wilwood Engineering in 1977; the company is based in Camarillo, California. Its disc brake design and manufacturing range covers calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, as well as complete systems. Those products serve motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, with the individual components selected to match the braking system as a whole.

Identify the actual Big Ford housing end and bearing, then measure the 2.00-inch axle offset. Confirm the 5x5.50 wheel pattern and compare wheel barrel/spokes with DS1064. Hoses and the control cable/clevis arrangement for the parking brake are additional installation parts.
