Product details

This red GT package uses six-piston AERO6 calipers, separate rotor rings and aluminum front hub assemblies. The kit is chosen by the approved truck drop-spindle geometry, with the brake brackets and bearing components supplied but no replacement spindle or flexline kit. Camarillo, California is the home of Wilwood Engineering, the disc brake systems and components manufacturer founded by Bill Wood in 1977. It designs and manufactures calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. The requirements of the complete brake system determine which individual components are appropriate.

Read the full model/year and spindle conditions below; CPP and Ridetech approval is specific to the documented hardware. Confirm bearing fit and wheel pattern, then check the complete wheel diagram. Obtain suitable hoses and evaluate brake balance for the modified truck installation.

The documented CPP drop-spindle references are CP30106-2 (1963–1970), CP30106-3 (1971–1972) and CP30106-4 (1973–1987). Wilwood also identifies specific Ridetech drop-spindle applications in its current compatibility listing; verify the installed part rather than assuming all dropped spindles fit. Separate front hose references are 220-7056, 220-11237 and 220-12168, with 220-7699/220-8307 among length alternatives. A parking-cable change is relevant only to a separate rear-brake conversion.
