Wilwood Black AERO4 Rear Parking-Brake Conversion, Drilled 14-Inch Rotors, for Ford Mustang with BMR Rear Suspension (2005–2014)

Black four-piston AERO4 calipers operate the drilled-and-slotted rotors in this Mustang BMR rear package. Its internal parking shoes, hats and cable set form a matched mechanical system separate from the hydraulic service brakes; the rear flexline kit is also included. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering was established by Bill Wood in 1977. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems, calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. That range serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications; the individual parts must be matched to the requirements of the complete braking assembly.

Fitment & Compatibility

Check the exact BMR rear-suspension interface and axle-flange measurements against DS1055. Flange relief may be needed to reinstall the wheel-speed sensor on the new backing plate. Match the 2005–2014 application, wheel envelope and both parking/hydraulic line routes.

DS1055 identifies the supplied parking-shoe assemblies and cable kit. The housing flange may need clearance relief to reinstall the wheel-speed sensor, and shock clearance must be checked as described in the instructions.
