Wilwood Rear Superlite Parking-Brake Kit, Black Calipers and 12.88-Inch GT Rotors, Big Ford New Style Axles with 2.50-Inch Offset and Staggered Shocks

The bracket arrangement in this rear kit places the right caliper behind the axle and the left caliper ahead of it for staggered-shock clearance. Black Superlite 4R calipers operate 12.88-inch GT rotors, with internal shoes supplying the mechanical parking brake. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering was established by Bill Wood in 1977. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems, calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. That range serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications; the individual parts must be matched to the requirements of the complete braking assembly.

Fitment & Compatibility

Confirm the Big Ford New Style flange, bearing and 2.50-inch offset using DS1052. The 1990 Lincoln Town Car row below does not independently confirm that its installed axle has this housing end; verify the measured conversion before ordering. Hoses and parking cable connections are separate.

For staggered shock mounts, the right-hand caliper mounts behind the axle and the left-hand caliper ahead of it. Verify this orientation against the shock and suspension clearance.
