Wilwood 14-Inch Front Disc and Aluminum-Hub Conversion for Selected Full-Size Ford/Edsel/Mercury Cars (1957–1968), Black Six-Piston Superlite 6R Calipers and GT-Slotted Rotors

The 14-inch GT rotor package uses black Superlite 6R calipers, separate aluminum hats and supplied front hubs. It converts the documented full-size factory drum spindles and requires the larger wheel envelope appropriate to this rotor diameter. Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components in a range covering calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977, and it is based in Camarillo, California. The range serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, with component choice governed by the complete system's requirements.

Identify the actual spindle and bearing seats using the full model/year data below. Account for the +0.03-inch hub offset and selected wheel bolt circle, then check the wheel drawing rather than diameter alone. The listed flexline options are additional parts, not included hoses.

Separate front flexline references are 220-8307, 220-7699 and 220-12168; select the length and vehicle-end connection appropriate to the chassis. Listed hub offset is +0.03 inch per side.
