Wilwood Drilled Front Rotor/Hub Conversion with Anodized Dynalite Calipers for Selected Ford/Edsel/Mercury Full-Size Drum Spindles

This version of the full-size Dynalite-M kit adds drilled-and-slotted friction faces to the one-piece iron rotor/hubs. The compact four-piston calipers remain anodized, with the matching spindle brackets, pads and bearing hardware supplied for the front conversion. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977, Camarillo, California-based Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and their components. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines form its range for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Compatibility depends on choosing those parts around the complete braking system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Use the model/year table and DS1049 to identify the retained factory drum spindle. The +0.18-inch hub offset changes wheel placement even though the rotor/hub is an integral casting. Supply compatible hoses and check both the wheel barrel and caliper-to-spoke space.

Separate front flexline references are 220-8307, 220-7699 and 220-12168; select the length and vehicle-end connection appropriate to the chassis. Listed hub offset is +0.18 inch per side.
