Wilwood Front 14-Inch Carbon-Ceramic Brake Kit, Black — Corvette C5/C6, XLR and Matched Hub-Spindle Conversions

The black AERO6 front calipers and 14-inch carbon-ceramic rotor assemblies fit the documented Corvette-style hub arrangement. Applications also include Cadillac XLR and selected cars converted to the specified aftermarket hub spindles; ordinary factory spindles on those older cars are not equivalent. Wilwood Engineering, founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and supplies master cylinders, calipers, brake rotors, valves, fittings and lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized installations. Fitment & Compatibility

Corvette and XLR applications retain their matched existing hubs. Earlier vehicle rows require the stated Ridetech hub spindle. The wheel mounting pad must fit the hat's 6.00-inch maximum inset, and a nominal 18-inch wheel still needs a profile check.

The older-car entries specify Ridetech hub spindles. Corvette rows distinguish C5/Z 06, C6 Base, Z 06, ZR1, Grand Sport, Z 06 Carbon and 427; retain the exact row-specific years. Cadillac XLR is listed for 2004–2009.

Flexible brake lines are not included. Original lines are not assumed to connect to the Wilwood calipers; select the application-specific or correctly sized universal hose and matching fittings.

Wheel mounting pad must not be larger than 6.00" to fit into inset area of this hat.

Kit may fit some 18" wheels. Check wheel clearance diagram in kit installation instructions before purchase.

Universal Flexline kits available: 220-7056 (14"), 220-7699 (16") or 220-8307 (18"). Choose correct length for your application.

An independently added universal parking-brake cable system may require cable or vehicle modifications. It is separate from this front service-brake kit.
