Competition Blue DPHA calipers and BP-10 pads make up this Wilwood front conversion for the supported Honda/Acura configurations. The four-piston kit includes the caliper hardware while leaving rotors and hydraulic lines to the compatible vehicle-specific selection. Correct original 262 mm spindle mounting is essential; a smaller original brake spindle does not become suitable merely because a larger rotor has already been installed. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

Confirm the individual model/year, trim and body/transmission restrictions, including the relevant Type-R exclusion. Inspect the original spindle and retained rotor rather than relying on the caliper color or model name. A factory 240 mm mounting arrangement is not supported after a rotor-only upgrade. Compare the wheel with the full clearance diagram and select suitable hydraulic hoses separately. Set caliper alignment and verify line movement, pad contact and the hydraulic balance with the rear brakes.
