Black Dynapro 6 calipers, plain 12.19-inch rotors and separate replacement hubs form this Wilwood front brake conversion for the listed GM passenger cars. It is designed around the factory spindle originally used with an 11-inch rotor, and requires spindle modification. The replacement hub and rotor assembly therefore must be selected by actual spindle geometry, not simply by Camaro or other GM model name. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

• Conditional wheel support: if the wheel contact face overhangs the new hub, the separately sold 6.60-inch-diameter × 0.20-inch-thick steel support spacer specified in the linked installation instructions is required. Check full seating before assembly. For stamped steel wheels without overhang, Wilwood recommends a separate 6.15-inch-diameter × 0.09-inch-thick hub shield.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the precise model/year row and confirm that the car has the specified original 11-inch-rotor disc spindle. Follow the instructions for required spindle preparation and bracket installation. The published wheel-mounting change is inward by 0.10 inch per side; include it when assessing tire and fender clearance. Brake hoses are separate and must suit the vehicle connection and travel. Some 15-inch wheels can clear, but compare the actual wheel profile with the drawing before choosing the package.
