Wilwood pairs red six-piston calipers with GT slotted 12.88-inch Spec-37 rings in this front hub conversion. The package uses the specified original V8 spindle and replacement hubs for the listed Ford/Mercury applications. Separate hats and radial brackets establish rotor and caliper location, with the individual year and original brake arrangement controlling whether the mounting is suitable. Fitment & Compatibility

Identify the spindle before choosing the conversion: DS928 permits the specified 1965–1967 Mustang V8 disc/drum configuration, but 1968–1969 uses the drum spindle only. Confirm the individual entry for Falcon, Ranchero, Comet, Fairlane, Cyclone, Caliente, Cougar, Torino and Montego rather than extending Mustang conditions to every Ford/Mercury model. The replacement hubs offer 5 x 4.50- and 5 x 4.75-inch wheel patterns; select the pattern for the actual rim and inspect bearing seating and stud engagement. Measure tire position with the 0.25-inch outward change at each wheel. The 12.88-inch rotor package screens for 17-inch wheels, subject to the complete spoke/barrel drawing. Hydraulic hoses are separate, and production-year differences in the original hose arrangement must be addressed before steering and suspension travel are checked.
