Drilled/slotted 12.88-inch rings and black Superlite 6R calipers distinguish this Wilwood front hub conversion. It is configured for the listed Ford/Mercury V8 spindles, with separate hats and replacement hubs supporting the rotor assembly. The precise original disc-versus-drum spindle conditions depend on year, particularly for 1968–1969 Mustang applications where only the drum spindle is specified. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. Fitment & Compatibility

Compare the spindle and bearing geometry with DS928 before dismantling the brakes. Match the hub bolt pattern to the wheel and account for the positive 0.25-inch offset change on each side. Check the entire caliper outline against barrel and spokes. Select hydraulic hoses for the specific production year and steering movement, then assess the original master-cylinder pushrod arrangement and complete front/rear hydraulic requirements.
