Wilwood Rear D154 Staggered-Shock Parking Brake Kit, Black, Chevrolet/Oldsmobile/Pontiac/Buick Chevelle/442/Beaumont/Camaro/Apollo (1964–1974), Chevy 12-Bolt

This Wilwood rear conversion mounts black D154 calipers on opposite fore/aft sides of the axle to clear a staggered-shock Chevrolet 12-bolt arrangement. Plain 12.19-inch rotors and internal parking shoes provide the service and parking brakes. The required 2.75- or 2.81-inch offset and original C-clip retention must be confirmed on the actual housing; front-spindle options cannot prove the rear application. • Axle-flange limit: 6.61-inch maximum diameter with the specified 0.050-inch × 45-degree chamfer. The drawing is for half-inch wheel studs and recommends upgrading smaller original studs; verify any larger-stud machining separately.

Fitment & Compatibility

DS925 shows the right-hand caliper behind the axle and the left-hand caliper ahead of it. Those positions describe caliper clocking on a rear kit, not different vehicle axles. Confirm the bearing/register, flange pattern and C-clip arrangement before ordering. Hydraulic lines and parking cables are separate. Match the exact offset and use the full wheel-clearance drawing, including any proposed 15-inch wheel, before assembly.
