Wilwood Rear D154 Parking Brake Conversion for Jeep Wrangler (1997–2002), Dana 35 Black Plain

This Wilwood rear conversion supplies black D154 floating calipers, plain 12.19-inch vented rotors and internal parking shoes for the listed non-ABS Jeep Wrangler Dana 35 axle. The two-piston service calipers and mechanical parking assembly perform separate functions. A measured 2.56-inch offset and the correct housing-end geometry are required, with application-specific flex lines included. Fitment & Compatibility

Confirm Dana 35 identification and the non-ABS application before ordering. DS920 shows the housing flange, axle register and rotor spacing. Select parking cables and connection hardware separately, checking cable travel and suspension movement. The current summary screens for 16-inch wheels, while its note allows some 15-inch designs; use the actual diagram for barrel and spoke clearance rather than assuming either diameter guarantees fit.
