Wilwood Front Road-Race Brake & Hub Kit for Chevrolet/Pontiac Camaro/Firebird (1982–1992), Superlite 4R Calipers & 12.19-Inch GT Rotors

Wilwood's front road-race conversion supplies Thermlock-equipped four-piston calipers, 12.19-inch GT rotors and replacement hubs for the stated Camaro and Firebird applications. The 1.25-inch-thick Spec-37 rings are paired with BP-35 racing pads and hydraulic flex lines. The original spindle needs modification; 1988–1992 applications are limited to the OE single-piston-caliper spindle arrangement. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. Fitment & Compatibility

Compare the spindle casting with DS900 before machining or ordering. Check the individual rear-disc or rear-drum application row as well as model year. The racing pads require high operating temperature, and extended low-temperature use accelerates pad and rotor wear. Use the full clearance diagram for any 15-inch wheel, then verify hose routing, bearing adjustment and system balance with the completed rear brake package.
