Red four-piston calipers and 12.88-inch drilled/slotted rotor rings identify this Wilwood Strange Engineering floater package. The Superlite 4R service calipers mount radially, with parking shoes enclosed in the rotor-hat assembly. Selection depends on the 3.49-inch axle offset and the specified floater mounting arrangement, including its register and flange pattern. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

Compare the axle measurements with DS894 before the old brakes are disassembled. Confirm both rotor location and bracket seating; a floater from another series is not established as compatible by the Strange name alone. Test the actual wheel for radial and spoke clearance. Hydraulic hoses, parking cables and their adapters are separate, with cable travel and front/rear hydraulic balance checked for the finished chassis.
