Product details

This Wilwood rear kit combines black Dynalite service calipers with internal parking-brake shoes for a Strange Engineering floater axle. The 12.19-inch plain-face rotors are selected around a 3.49-inch axle flange offset. It is a housing-specific brake assembly for a custom installation, with flange geometry and the actual floater hub determining compatibility. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

Measure the housing mounting pattern, register and wheel-side axle offset using DS890 and the axle worksheet. The floater interface must match the bracket and rotor mounting arrangement; the hat pattern is not a general passenger-car wheel bolt pattern. Parking-brake cables and adapters are separate. Check wheel spoke and barrel clearance, then route hydraulic lines independently of the mechanical parking-brake connections.
