Wilwood 12.88-Inch GT Front Hub Brakes, Red, for Chevrolet Bel Air/Nomad/One-Fifty Series/Sedan Delivery/Two-Ten Series/Del Ray (1955–1957)

GT slotted 12.88-inch rotors pair with red six-piston calipers in this Wilwood front hub conversion. It is intended for the listed 1955–1957 Chevrolet models with the specified aftermarket drop spindle, using separate aluminum hats and supplied replacement hubs. The installation must retain the correct spindle geometry and cannot be selected from the vehicle badge alone. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

Check each model's spindle option, then compare the brake outline and mounting details with DS876. Stock 1955–1957 Chevrolet spindles are excluded. The wheel needs both barrel radius and spoke-depth clearance around the radial caliper; a nominal 17-inch size is only an initial screening value. Install the proper lug pattern and confirm hose routing and master-cylinder capacity before the vehicle is returned to service.
