Wilwood Front Black Superlite/SRP Hub Conversion for GM 1970–1978 Disc Spindles, Drilled/Slotted 12.88-Inch Rotors

Black six-piston Superlite calipers and drilled/slotted rotors distinguish this Wilwood GM front package. The 12.88-inch rotor/hub conversion includes bearings, pads and mounting components for the matching factory disc spindle. It is not an installation that should be assumed free of machining simply because the car's model is listed. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines. Its product range serves motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications, with individual components selected to match the requirements of the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Inspect the installed spindle and original rotor configuration against the particular application row and DS870. Drilling, tapping and removal of interfering caliper ears are required by the instructions and should be completed by a qualified machine shop. Confirm the per-side wheel-position change and hub pattern before choosing wheels. Add suitable flex hoses separately and check their route. Use the full conditional 17-inch drawing for barrel and spoke space, then establish caliper centering and bearing adjustment.
