Wilwood Rear Black D154 Parking Brake Kit for Staggered Shocks, Big Ford New Style 2.50-Inch Offset; Conditional Lincoln Town Car (1990)

This black Wilwood rear conversion is configured for a Big Ford New Style axle with staggered shock mounts. The right caliper mounts behind the axle and the left caliper ahead, with plain 12.19-inch rotors and internal parking shoes. The required offset is 2.50 inches, and the 1990 Town Car application is conditional on the matching measured assembly. Fitment & Compatibility

Inspect both shock locations before selecting this staggered conversion. DS863 places the right hydraulic caliper behind the axle and the left ahead of it; the bracket set must be used in that arrangement. Measure the New Style housing flange, bearing and offset and obtain Wilwood confirmation of the listed 1990 Lincoln Town Car application. Check the flange envelope and wheel studs before fitting the rotor hats. The cable route must suit the two different caliper-side locations while operating the separate parking shoes smoothly. Select cable hardware and hydraulic lines independently, then verify shoe adjustment and full release. Compare each wheel to the conditional 16-inch profile; an optional 15-inch design needs the complete template to fit.
