Red D154 calipers sit ahead of the rear axle in this Wilwood Big Ford New Style conversion. SRP drilled/slotted rotors and internal parking shoes provide the selected hydraulic and mechanical brake package. A 2.50-inch axle offset is required, including when checking the conditional 1990 Lincoln Town Car application. Fitment & Compatibility

Check DS862 for the forward position of both rear service calipers and compare it to the actual shock layout. Caliper clocking changes suspension clearance without changing this kit's rear-axle function. Measure the New Style housing flange, register and bearing arrangement and confirm the listed 1990 Lincoln Town Car application with Wilwood. Verify the axle offset and wheel-stud fit before seating the rotor hats. Cable linkage must be selected separately, restrained along its route and adjusted so the internal shoes release; hydraulic hoses need their own travel clearance. Use the full conditional 16-inch wheel section behind the spokes and around the barrel. A 15-inch alternative is suitable only if it passes that same comparison.
