Black D154 calipers mount in front of the rear axle in this Wilwood SRP parking-brake conversion. The drilled/slotted 12.19-inch rotor package includes internal shoes and is specific to Big Ford New Style geometry at 2.50-inch offset. The Town Car entry is conditional on that physical axle arrangement. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. Fitment & Compatibility

Both service calipers must sit ahead of the rear axle, as specified by the bracket arrangement in DS862. Confirm that the shock and surrounding suspension leave room for those positions before taking the housing, bearing and offset measurements. The 1990 Lincoln Town Car application requires Wilwood confirmation for the actual rear assembly. Inspect wheel studs and the rotor-hat fit over the axle flange before assembly. Plan the parking cable's pull and release path at each bracket; do not route it tightly around moving suspension parts. The hydraulic hoses are a separate installation choice and must remain free through axle travel. Finally, measure the wheel against the conditional 16-inch envelope and individually assess any proposed 15-inch design.
