Wilwood Rear D154 Caliper and Pad Kit, Black Twin-Piston Bodies for 0.81-Inch-Wide Rotors and Custom Metric Brackets

This black Wilwood rear caliper kit is intended for an axle already equipped with suitable D154-style mounting brackets and 0.81-inch-wide rotors. Its two 1.12-inch pistons per body provide the specified rear hydraulic area. BP-10 pads and hardened slide pins are included, without rotors, mounting brackets or a mechanical parking mechanism. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines. Fitment & Compatibility

Compare the complete rear assembly to DS845. The bracket can be a properly engineered welded or bolted conversion, but the caliper name alone does not establish suitability for any particular axle. Verify rotor centering, pad sweep and free floating movement. The M10 × 1.50 banjo inlet needs matched hydraulic lines and sealing washers. Check system bias, master-cylinder capacity and independent parking-brake provision. Measure wheel clearance with the calipers installed before conducting the prescribed tests.
