The black D154 calipers in this Wilwood front kit are configured for 0.81-inch-wide rotors and two 1.62-inch pistons per body. Pads and hardened slide pins are supplied, while rotors, spindles and hydraulic hoses are not. The narrow-rotor configuration must be selected by the installed brake hardware rather than a generic D154 reference. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines. Its product range serves motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications, with individual components selected to match the requirements of the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility
Compare the rotor width and caliper mount to DS843 before ordering. Check master-cylinder capacity and front/rear balance for the selected twin-piston area, particularly where the original system has been changed. Suitable original hoses with the correct M10 × 1.50 banjo connection may adapt, but other line ends require compatible replacement plumbing. Ensure the retained rotors meet service dimensions, the bodies slide freely and the wheels clear the calipers throughout rotation.
