Product details

This red Wilwood front kit supplies a pair of D154 calipers, pads and hardened mounting slide pins for the specified metric mounts. The 2.50-inch single-piston version is selected for the matching front hydraulic arrangement and 1.04-inch-wide rotors. It is a caliper-and-pad replacement package; the existing rotors, hubs and spindle brackets are separate from its contents. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines. Its product range serves motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications, with individual components selected to match the requirements of the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the exact model, year and installed front brake system to DS840 and the table. Compact truck entries distinguish drivetrain and original rear-brake equipment, while several passenger-car rows require RWD. Check those conditions even if the caliper appears visually similar. Verify the M10 × 1.50 banjo connection and appropriate hose length. Inspect the retained rotor thickness and surface, confirm sliding-pin movement and measure wheel clearance before bleeding and testing the completed system.
