Product details

This black Wilwood D154 front kit replaces the matching single-piston metric calipers while retaining suitable existing rotors and spindle mounts. Each caliper has a 2.50-inch stainless piston and 4.90 square inches of piston area. BP-10 pads and hardened slide pins are included; this package does not contain brake rotors, hubs or new spindles. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines. Its product range serves motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications, with individual components selected to match the requirements of the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Read every applicable model/year and brake-option entry, including the rear-brake and drivetrain restrictions on the compact trucks and the RWD-only passenger-car applications. The overall 1977–2003 range covers different years for different models. DS840 specifies a 1.04-inch-wide rotor-width configuration and M10 × 1.50 banjo connection. Verify the installed bracket, rotor condition and line end before ordering. Wheel clearance is checked at the actual caliper; no blank catalog wheel-size field should be interpreted as a fit guarantee.
